Warm-up (No Measure)
In your team of 3:
Partner 1: Row 30 sec
Partner 2: 10 x DB snatch (5 per side)
Partner 3: Kick up to Handstand x 5 + Push-up x 5
*Perform 3 rounds, rotating from station to station
For time (in teams of 3):
400 cal Row
300 DB Snatches (22.5/15kg)
Complete the reps in any order and in any way you wish as a team of 3. Team members can all be working on different stations at different times.
There is high volume HSPU in todays workout, If you are going to scale mid wed think about starting on push ups.
Row: Assault Bike cals
DB snatch: reduce weight
HSPU: reduce ROM, or Push-up
