500m Row or 24/18cal Assault Bike
30 Wall Balls (9kg/6kg)
20 ALT DB Snatch (22.5kg/15kg)
We will go in 2 waves, So ideally you will partner up with someone that will use the same weight on the snatch and wall ball.
Once partner A completes the row, Partner B will Start on the 3 min mark.
Scale the distance and reps if you do not finish within 6mins.
